Digital communications between aircraft and Fixed Base Operators (FBO) Customer Service Representatives (CSR):

• Over 1000 FBOs are currently accessible for messaging through FBOlink.
• FBOlink offers flight crews a direct, real-time communication channel with Customer Service Representatives. Dispatch text messages to an FBO CSR terminal from anywhere worldwide via an internet connection.
• Convey changes in flight itineraries or address unique passenger requests during the relatively calm en-route cruise segments when beyond radio range.
• Each message includes the airplane’s tail number and aircraft type, aiding the FBO CSR terminal in precisely meeting the pilot's requirements.
• All messages feature a Read Receipt, informing both the pilot and CSR of successful communication.
